AMD Radeon R9 Fury X Reportedly Suffering From Noise Issues - Presence of Coil Whine and Loud AIO Pump Noise

The AIO pump bundled with the GPU, which is of Cooler Chief pattern with a Nidec fan, starts to get actually noisy as well, when combined with the buzzing noise already present. Here is the interesting thing even so, the GPU Tachometer present on the side of the Fury X indicates that the GPU is not being pushed anywhere well-nigh the limit.
